What is compostable masterbatch?
Compostable masterbatch is a concentrated pigment or additive carried in a compostable base resin, added during processing so the finished product is coloured or modified while still meeting compostability standards. Ordinary masterbatch can introduce heavy metals or non-compostable carriers that quietly void a compostability claim. Ours is formulated specifically to avoid that.
